The Fitting Room is a professional private space for designers and entrepreneurs to meet clients for consultations and garment fittings in a business setting.
Cancellation Policy
STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT 1. PARTIES AND TERM This agreement is between the House of Pamela Renee" and the Renter (Designer/Entrepreneur). The rental period begins and ends strictly at the times reserved. Setup and breakdown must occur within the booked timeframe. 2. FEES AND CANCELLATION • Rate: $25.00 per hour • Payment: Total fees are due at the time of booking. • Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. • Overtime: A fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes stayed past the reservation. 3. SPACE USE AND CONDUCT • Purpose: The space is for professional fittings and consultations only. • Equipment: Renter has access to a large mirror, rack, dressing room tent and sewing supplies. No heavy machinery is permitted. • Professionalism: Renters and their clients must maintain a professional demeanor. The Renter is responsible for their client's conduct at all times. 4. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES • Condition: The space must be left in its original, clean condition. • Damage: The Renter is financially responsible for any damage to the facility, mirrors, or furniture. • Waiver: The Lessor is not liable for any injuries or lost/stolen personal property during the rental period. 5.
